Studio at The Gala

The Gala provides full-featured studio space for painting, ceramics, illustration, silversmithing, additive sculpture, multimedia, and fiber art/textiles/fashion design.

Our studio aims to provide the freedom and flexibility of a private studio space while offering the benefits of shared tools, supplies, and artistic community. The Gala offers 24/7 access and the ability to customize your workspace, tools, and storage to your needs. When you join the studio at The Gala, we work together to make sure you have the best setup possible to immerse in your workflow. Artists are welcome to bring in personal equipment, and we are always adding new tools and equipment according to artist needs.

Our building also offers the amenities needed for a full day in the studio. We have beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas to sit, sketch, and work out new ideas. Down the hall, you can get your caffeine fix and light bites at King’s Peak Coffee. Or, stick your own lunch in the fridge and heat it up along with a cup of tea.

$200 monthly (month-to-month) membership for 24/7 access to our art studio makerspace including painting & drawing areas, sculpture, ceramics, silversmithing, fiber art, photography, and more. Plenty of room for large work.

The Gala aims to be a long-term creative home for artists growing their careers. Our team works in the makerspace ourselves and it's always evolving. You've invited to bring any of your own tools and materials to use the space how you need.
